Commenting on Irish Central news’ support for legalizing abortion in Ireland and its comparison of the win to the “glorious” victory of gay marriage, Catholic League President Bill Donohue said the publication had rejected morality and was exhibiting the same “mentality” as the “Nazis.”
“If there were any doubt that Irish Central bears an animus to Catholicism, all suspicions were put to rest today,” said Donohue in a May 31 press release. “On the front page of the media outlet there is a roaring statement of approval for the recent Irish vote overturning the Eighth Amendment prohibition on abortion.” READ MORE HERE
