NYT CORRECTION NOTED

We are happy to note that the New York Times has made the correction we requested on Wednesday regarding the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and its review board. The Timesarticle incorrectly stated that all 37 cases of clergy abuse cited by a recent grand jury report were withheld from the review board. Click here to read the correction.

Jill Abramson has been named the new executive editor of the New York Times. "In my house growing up, The Times substituted for religion," she said. "If The Times said it, it was the absolute truth."
