“After three long years, the Catholic League and its founder, Bill Donohue, have received a verdict in a defamation lawsuit filed by Jon David Couzens. Couzens had filed suit against two priests in Independence, Missouri, alleging they molested him and two other altar boys, although the lawsuit was filed 30 years later.”

“Attorney Erin Mersino of the Thomas More Law Center represented Donohue, who was charged with defamation after he disclosed information that called Couzens’ character into question.” READ MORE HERE.
