MARYLAND JUDGE VIOLATES CHURCH-STATE BOUNDARIES

Frederick County Circuit Judge Mary Ann Stepler has issued a preliminary injunction ordering a Catholic high school to allow two of its students, who have expelled, to attend school pending a trial.
