OREGON PRIEST BUGGED IN CONFESSIONAL

On April 22, 1996, Father Tim Mockaitis of Eugene, Oregon administered the Sacrament of Reconciliation to Conan Wayne Hale in the Lane County Jail.  On May 3, Fr.
