Sweepstakes prize goes to Washingtonian
The Catholic League’s annual sweepstakes prize – a beautiful porcelain nativity set from the world-renowned Cybus studio – went to Mrs. Peter Glickert of Washington, D.C.
The drawing took place on December 31, 1992 and Chicago Chapter Executive Director Tom O’Connell pulled the winning ticket from the barrel. He informed the lucky winner ofher very special after-Christmas present by phone.
The sweepstakes prize is an exquisite hand-finished set of porcelain figures of the Holy Family with a value of more than $1000. The League is grateful to the Cybus Studios of Trenton, New Jersey for their donation of this heirloom prize.
